Alors, ça fait quoi un planificateur de production?

Le poste de planificateur de production est un poste clé dans l’organisation de toute la chaine de fabrication. La personne sera le fil conducteur entre le service à la clientèle, la production, les achats et plus encore. Bref, tous ceux qui sont impliqués dans la production de nos produits.

L’objectif est de prendre toutes les composantes qui nous permettent de produire notre film flexible et de répondre aux demandes des clients, en s’assurant d’avoir le matériel et les ressources humaines nécessaire, sans oublier que les machines doivent être disponibles

Ce type de poste demande non seulement une capacité à comprendre les effets papillons d’une décision mais aussi d’avoir une mémoire afin de connaître quels produits ne peuvent pas être fait avant un ou l’autre pour multiples raisons. C’est comme un jeu de puzzle addictif qu’on ne veut plus lâcher, mais dans la vraie vie. Parce que oui, en plus il y a des niveaux de difficulté selon l’expérience que tu acquiers

Le poste a un plan de formation qui est défini sur plusieurs mois et qui va permettre à la personne qui sera sélectionné de grandir dans l’entreprise et de pouvoir toucher à tout. On espère que tu es assez curieux et que tu aimes poser des questions.

Notre division de Montréal est spécialisée dans la production et l’impression de film plastique avec des spécifications pouvant desservir l’entreprise alimentaire et toutes autres industries recherchant un emballage de qualité.
