Reporting to the SVP of Marketing and Sales, The Marketing Manager is responsible to oversee and direct the marketing and communications activities for Norseman Structures. You will ensure the Company, its products and services are strategically positioned and branded to compete in the domestic and international market. You will direct the efforts and manage external supplier relationships to execute our brand promise with target customers. You will coordinate activities at strategic and tactical levels with the other departments of the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation, development and implementation of an effective marketing plan, budgets and strategies, value propositions and marketing messages for key market segments that will impact revenue generation.
- Develop systems, processes, partners, etc. to identify, gather, analyze and synthesize market information which will then be used to develop marketing strategies.
- Take ownership of our website, considering SEO impact, with content ideated, created and optimized for Google search (keyword, competitor and lifecycle research).
- Identify and handle crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and any other technical issues that can impact ranking.
- Generate KPI tracking reports, as required, to provide a summary of analysis, make recommendations and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives for corporate sales.
- Develop and evaluate promotion campaigns, determine content and advertising messages, and implement communication strategies for targeted segments.
- Coordinate data flow between marketing systems (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation, Websight Visitor Identification, and Customer Experience Feedback).
- Curate and coordinate content for the corporate sales channel: website, social media, blog, sales literature, advertisements, etc..
- Collaborates with the Sales team to develop and implement customized plans and sales tools for select channels and market segments, develop the pricing strategy and add value to the business development strategy for both short and long-term sales.
- Support the development and marketing of products and services that will meet the needs of the market.
- Collaborate with external partners on issues such as: market research, content development, campaign execution, media planning, and creative designs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing role, with proven leadership abilities.
- Exceptional knowledge of corporate marketing and branding activities.
- Experience in the construction industry and/or marketing a technical product/service will be an asset.
- Experience in partnership development activities.
- Strong project management and performance measurement skills including setting project plans, budgets and schedules.
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns.
- Effective time management, organizational and leadership skills.
- Solid business acumen, collaborative team building and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to identify, attract, mentor and inspire motivated individuals.
- High attention to detail

- Ability to solve complex problems and think outside of the box.
