**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Safety Administration**
- Assist with the development and accuracy of all HSE program documents and employee HSE files
- Maintain GHS/SDS system/inventory
- Organize and process FLHAs, inspections and incident reports
- Compile safety and TRIF statistics
- Prepare and update orientation packages
- Coordinate training and orientation for new employees
- Facilitate training as required
- Assist Project Management and Safety Officer with pre-qualifications
- Compile Safety metrics and analytics
- Perform shop inspections
- Maintain third party procurement sites
- Perform all administrative duties for the safety department (data entry, filing, etc.)
- Complete incident reports and procedures
- Update safety communication and present safety topics
- Maintain CSA audit standards and COR
- Fulfill other general safety administration tasks as requested

**General Administration**
- Operate multi
- line phone and direct calls or messages
- Welcome visitors and direct them as required
- Maintain kitchen, breakroom and boardroom
- Take office supply inventory
- Process time sheets and track equipment hours
- Maintain accurate filing and data entry
- Distribute mail and other office communication
- General admin duties as requested by management team

**Qualifications, Training and Education Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Health and Safety Administrator with the construction or oil and gas industry
- Committed to continuous improvement and learning
- Knowledge of pre-qualification systems (ISNet, Complyworks, etc.)
- High Degree of quality; attention to detail, organization and time management
- Proficient with all Microsoft office suites
