We recently launched our most revolutionary product lineup yet of dewatering pumps, trash pumps and filtration equipment, designed to meet increasing energy and space efficiency needs.

**Who are we looking for (the role)**

As part of our commitment to promoting and achieving sustainable development, we leverage impactful marketing and BD initiatives to empower our customers and keep the industry informed on the latest advancements in technology and innovative solutions we designed to address its’ evolving needs. As a Junior Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in crafting and managing social media campaigns in addition to supporting multiple departments in ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed, in close collaboration with marketing and department leads.

**What you’ll do**
- Transform our messaging, vision and brand identity into engaging copy and artwork that effectively connects with our audience
- Build an understanding of our brand and services, customer pain-points, and industry trends (through team collaboration and research)

**Who you are & what you’ll need to success**
- Tech-savvy, creative and enjoy learning about new concepts - with the passion to grasp foundational construction and mechanical principles
- You have experience managing social media campaigns, keyword/SEO optimization, and analyzing digital performance metrics
- Experience in Graphic Design and proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- You have a love and passion of creating creative and engaging content that tailors to different audiences, backed by copy-writing and story-telling skills
- Bonus skills and experience include: Construction/Heavy Equipment Background, Salesforce/CRM, Photography, Google Analytics, Digital Media Buying/Ad Manager Platforms, WordPress
- You have a Diploma, Undergraduate Degree or Certificate in Marketing or related field (preferred)
