Indigenous Program Manager

**Who We Are**
**SUMMARY**
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Works strongly in collaboration with the RP team, Ela Hultsi, Procurement and P&C senior executives, as well as Global and National Executives.
**Maintaining, Managing, and communicating performance with Indigenous scorecard**
- Responsible for maintaining our scorecard.
- Proactively driving performance and holding matrixed team members accountable for results.
- Works with key areas of the business to summarize and drive progress where it does not exist.
- Meeting with and updating executives on our progress.
- Creative to develop implement and manage new ideas that add value to the program or follow up to ensure those areas responsible complete their actions.
- Prepares various reports including but not limited to performance reports and scorecard reports to assist with business communication and decision making.
- Develop and distribute key process metrics and information to all interested parties.
**Business Development**
- Maintains a pipeline of business development opportunities, updating salesforce; manages and coordinates progress with BD opportunities.
- Meets and coordinates with heavily matrixed area of our business to drive results.
- Leverages the program to drive it like a business / product / service line maintains a pseudo P&L of opportunity and costs.
- Maintains a value log of our indigenous activities.
**PAR - Progressive Aboriginal Relations (CCAB)**
- Responsible for driving progress with BGIS certification status.
- Manage scorecard and prepare annual responses.
- Organizes and maintains our necessary supporting reference documents for PAR, our 5 Pillar two paths strategy.
**Business Assessment/Analytics Support**
- Research, coordinate & develop business analysis as assigned. For example:
- Includes financial analysis, business metrics & KPI’s etc.
- Qualitative business analysis such as SWOT analysis, prioritization, trends etc.
- Develop and communicate analytics using various tools such as PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
**Data Management**
- Maintains a comprehensive highly organized Teams site with valuable content to various matrixed team members.
- Compiles, maintains and analyzes large volume of real estate portfolio data to support various reporting, benchmarking and analytical requirements in pursuit of managing key performance indicators and results of our Two Paths strategy.
**Executive Communications Support**
- Coordinate the Monthly Leadership meetings.
- Write, edit and craft internal executive communications for external & internal audiences ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate style guide and audience requirements.
- Design & create clear, visually impactful presentations:
- Develop a library of content for use on future presentations.
- Manage end-to-end visual design of presentations from early strategy to final product.
- Proactively seeks opportunities to communicate messages creatively and more effectively.
- Work with various levels of management to think strategically and articulate ideas.
**Marketing**
- Creates and delivers marketing materials, including high quality power point and social media materials in support of awareness and adoption.
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- 5 years relevant work experience with a college / technical diploma or professional certification.
- Ability to handle a large volume of information and accurate management of large datasets along.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization with strong organizational awareness.
- Ability to handle a lot of detail and many multiple activities at once.
- Does not have to be Indigenous but is interested in learning.
- Strong presentation skills - written and verbal - executive level.
- Highly organized, attention to detail.
- Has influence to drive progress in areas where there is not direct responsibility.
