**Job Overview**

We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager. This is a fulltime permanent onsite position.

**Job Requirements**
- Oversee all operational aspects of the facility in order to manage and improve the flow of goods in and out of the properties
- Monitoring operating cost performance and implementing actions to correct deviations from plan
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement operational improvements
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure facility and equipment maintenance meets required standards
- Effectively manage all inquiries of internal and external customers
- Maintaining responsibility for the operation of major base building systems (e.g boilers, chillers, electrical power distribution system, HVAC, plumbing etc.) on a 7/24 basis
- Participating in corporate meetings
- Developing annual and long-range maintenance plans
- Performs all duties in compliance with all codes, standards, regulations, and legislation
- Ensure Property Condition Assessments are completed accurately
- Other duties as assigned by the Property management team

Leadership
- Directly responsible for leading Operation team, cleaning staff and security guards
- Set and enforce work performance and operating standards for all employees and contractors and providing training and development to maximize productivity and enhance proficiency
- Promote a strong sense of teamwork and a culture of respect by working together safely, effectively, and efficiently with all employees to maintain a productive and participatory environment
- Lead and hold team accountable to the established reliability and productivity guidelines to provide timely delivery and accurate inventory
- Responsible for planning and forecasting staff requirements, conduct regular one on one meetings with direct reports and effectively manage performance
- Lead and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Health & Safety
- Enforce all health and workplace safety standards to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Ensure all incident reports are completed in a timely and accurate manner and that appropriate collective measures are implemented to prevent reoccurrence

**Qualifications**
- Completion of BES Operator Class I & II Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of retail operation experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving targets
- Seif-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management, estimation, and reporting
- Ability to prioritize and effectively multitask
