**Position Summary**:
The Client Engagement team is responsible for driving successful end-to-end delivery of a foreign exchange and payment platform to meet our client's business requirements within constraints of timescale, cost & quality, as well as working with cross-functional teams (developers, infrastructure engineers, product specialists, sales directors, traders).

The Junior Business Analyst role is expected to learn about the smartTrade platform and capabilities, capital markets, and assess other software as needed to support senior business analysts, product specialists, and product managers in performing their duties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and continuously update documentation
- Participate in client meetings and review sessions
- Discuss, formulate and review requirements with clients, product owners, and developers
- Prepare interface mockups, data models, and document behavior
- Impact assessment of approaches to implement features into the platform
- Documenting user stories and improving workflows
- Prepare system documentation and user training material
- Conduct training sessions to internal and external clients

**Position Requirements**:

- New graduates - 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Knowledge in data modeling, SDLC and Agile development methods
- MS-Excel, Word, LucidChart and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Derivatives, FX Products, hands on experience with FX trading
- Experience in creating interface mockups
- SQL
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research
- Can work independently, not afraid to ask questions and collaborate, follow direction from senior team members
- Self-starter with strong work ethic; attention to detail; superior problem-solving skills
