**Overview**

Clean Harbors **Fort McMurray, AB** **is looking for** Class 1/3 Operators** to join their safety conscious team You will be responsible for operating and driving the assigned unit and for performing a variety of jobs as dictated by the client.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Drives, operates and stages units.
- Performs pre and post trip inspections.
- Assist with job site preparation, staging equipment.
- Maintains and updates driver’s logbook.
- Communicates with dispatchers and supervisors throughout the day;
- Performs roadside repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Must hold valid First Aid, H2S Alive and CSO certificates (will be required to provide proof prior to first day and site arrival). Training can be arranged.
- **Class 1 or 3 Driver’s License required with 18 speed manual transmission experience.**:

- Minimum of one (1) year previous Oilsands or industrial experience.
- Experience with Hydrovac, Combo Units, and High-Pressure units would be an asset.
- Experience with a Hose Reel/Sewer Flusher would be an asset.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment.
- Experience in a labor-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions.
