**Assistant to the Building Manager - High-Rise Condominium**

**Job Summary**:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Building Manager for a prestigious high-rise condominium. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the management team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the building. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Building Manager with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Support the Building Manager in overseeing the maintenance and operation of the condominium, including coordinating repairs, managing service contracts, and conducting regular inspections.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the building's budget, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary reports, and ensure compliance with relevant bylaws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist the Building Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of residents during critical situations.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma. Additional education or certification in property management is a plus.
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resourcefulness and sound judgment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle resident concerns tactfully and diplomatically.
- Willingness to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strict adherence to privacy policies and regulations.

**Position Details**:

- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; availability required for handling emergencies and on-call situations.
- Salary: $50,000+ per year (negotiable based on experience).
- Applicants must provide a clean criminal record check.
