**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for their assigned section in kitchen operations reporting to the Chef, Sous chef(s)
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Excellent work ethic and cleanliness
- Prepare and cook meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, sauces, and other food items.
- Clean kitchens and equipment.
- Follow recipes in order to bake breads, cakes, or other pastries.
- Prepare and cook large quantities of food by following recipes.
- Clean work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Check supplies on hand before beginning to prepare menu items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$26.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 2 years (required)
