Make an impact within our MNP Digital as a Manager Data Advisory with the Digital Advisory team. You will lead and execute a variety of data and analytics advisory engagements including data strategies, analytics strategies, data governance, data maturity, and data literacy initiatives. **Performance Expectations**
- Reporting to the Partner, Digital Advisory, lead the delivery of advisory consulting services such as data strategies, analytics strategies, data governance, data maturity, and data literacy initiatives, facilitated decision making and other forms of technology consulting
- Lead and nurture a team of highly skilled individuals
- Participate in challenging and often unique engagements with clients, bringing your experience with senior business and technology leaders to these discussions
- Lead proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagements
- Perform complex and detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing recommendation - including the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data)
- Leverage your experience, strong listening skills and critical thinking capabilities to formulate impactful client recommendations
- Design, develop, format and proofread professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondence
- Deliver formal presentations and reports for client engagements
- Coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with project plans
- Develop positive working relationships with clients and colleagues across multiple practices
- Support the continuous improvement of frameworks, methodologies, etc.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality client service products
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services and clientele through experiential learning with clients
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvement
- Some travel may be required

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, information science or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience developing data strategy, maturity, governance activities.
- Demonstrable experience in developing data, analytics, data science use cases with a strong understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance concepts
- Strong understanding or ability to understand business and industry concepts and processes with the ability to perform research of the industry, client and latest developments is critical
- Understanding of tools and methodologies such as DAMA, Alation, Collibra, Informatica, Data Lake, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Data Profiling, Business Intelligence, Industry data models etc. would be an asset
- Experience developing/architecting data and analytics solutions will be an asset
- Strong ownership, leadership and outcome-driven attitude are a must with exceptional communication, confidence and the ability to work independently
- Experience in business and practice development is considered an asset
