We use state-of-the-art machining and fabrication techniques in a lean, self-directed work team manufacturing environment to produce high value-added, cost-effective products for our strategic partners.
We are seeking **Production Workers** to start building their career at our Speers Road location.
**Responsibilities**
- Read Work Orders as well as Work Instructions (where applicable) and follow steps as required.
- Clean parts to the desired quality as described in Work Orders, using small handtools as required, e.g. grinder, wire wheel, etc.
- Act as helper for production team.

- Operate grinding / deburring equipment
- Perform visual inspection to meet quality standards and perform required tests/measurements as required in Work Order.
- Understand and comply with Company Health & Safety standards and programs.
- Maintain an organized workspace and good housekeeping.
**Education and Experience**
- High School Diploma
- Experience with forklift, jib/overhead cranes is an asset
**Key Competencies**
- Flexible with hours of work - able to work day/afternoon shifts as required.
- Physically capable of performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position including regular lifting and carrying of 5-23 kgs.
- Ability to work safe and independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Written and oral communication in English.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Salary: Hourly, TBD (Depending on Experience)
- Medical & Dental after 3 months
