Position Overview

Ensure production activities are safely executed in accordance with all the requirements of the mill plan and existing regulations, procedures and practices

Contribute to the improvement opportunities in the workplace

Ensure compliance with OH & S, the ES Act, the Collective Agreement, as well as HR policies and procedures and other relevant guidelines

Supervise the Concentrator Service Crew and ensure crew employees are working to the highest standards, in accordance with Sustainable Development requirements, company policy, standards and practices to achieve the set targets of the organization

Organize and supervise industrial cleaning activities

Plan, organize, and supervise Operations shutdowns including but not limited to water outages, Concentrator Lime outages, etc

Other duties are expected to be carrier out as required including occasional Production Supervisor coverage as needed

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Grade 12 Diploma and 10+ yrs experience in ore milling operations

Knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement

Knowledge of the ESA and OH&S policies and procedures and other relevant Legislation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent leadership and motivational qualities

The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Previous supervisory experience would be considered an asset
