Our BAP Coordinator plays a leadership role alongside the Director, in the development and implementation of quality programs and services in our local communities. The BAP Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the BAP Programs ensuring that all legislative and regulatory standards are met consistently. The BAP Coordinator uses sensitivity and maturity in dealing with both adults and children and will exercise sound management judgment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in WEST NORTHFIELD, NS
