**Department Overview**

The z/OS Technical Services Tools team is a part of Mainframe Services within Infrastructure Technology Solutions. We are primarily responsible for the installation, configuration and customization of the z/OS tools used by our developer community. Tools supported include traditional mainframe code deployment tools such as Broadcom's Endevor in addition to new tooling for mainframe such as GitHub.

M-F with off hours rotating on-call pager support.

This job posting is for Intermediate Level IT Build Analyst for Mainframe.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and support mainframe developer tools and other products.
- Coding and updating in-house utilities and programs
- Creating documentation as required
- Investigation and analysis of problems and issues to determine root cause and provide solutions
- Providing technical support and user assistance for Broadcom's Endevor
- Installing and supporting next generation Dev OPS tools for the mainframe

**Job Requirements**

**Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations**:
College / University or equivalent work experience**Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience**:

- 3-5 years of Mainframe system experience, with most of the following skills:

- Knowledge of Computing and Operating System Concepts
- Solid fundamentals with one or more programming languages
- Knowledge of Dev OPS tooling
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
