Reporting Specialist

**About US**:
**Bayview Group of Companies** is a vertically integrated organization that is a grower, broker, and distributor of floral solutions. Established in 1948, Bayview provides floral products to some of the largest retailers across North America.
**Reporting to the Controller, the Reporting Specialist will**:
1. Collect, clean and process large data sets from various sources.
2. Analyze the quality and meaning of the data collected.
3. Develop and maintain databases and content.
4. Work closely with the Managers to gather and enter the proper information for their corresponding department.
5. Prepare and present various reports for stakeholders to make crucial business decisions.
6. Facilitate meetings to determine the best data sources for reporting.
7. Liaise regularly with the internal team to ensure information is fully obtained.
8. Lead projects for successfully implementing reports and analytics at Bayview, including design, testing and implementation.
9. Work with finance and ownership to create business critical reports for analysis and financial analysis reporting.
10. Determine Future opportunities for reporting improvements in the company.
11. Be comfortable with the flexibility of tasks and responsibilities.
**Qualifications**:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating on a technical and non-technical level.
2. Post-secondary degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
3. Advanced Excel Power BI skills and experience
4. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
5. Experience with MS Navision would be an asset.
7. High level of interpersonal skill and ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
