Who we are looking for:
A client-focused professional with exceptional attention to detail

A committed team player who understands the need to meet deadlines. A quick learner who loves to make things better, faster and simpler

Your Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative support to the team members, Database management (data integrity and input)

Administration (pre to post closing) of all new listings and buyer sales

Outgoing calls for showing feedback, client updates, etc.

Update client files electronically

Processing all deal and listing paperwork

Market research and property evaluation prep

Marketing packages and pre-appointment documentation

Feature sheets, website updates, ad submissions

Social media postings

Manage client referral program, including thank you gifts

Client and community event coordination and marketing

Office organization and reporting

General administrative functions, errands and deliveries as needed

Real estate administration experience (not necessary but definitely an asset)

3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Expert telephone skills

Strong team player

Mid to advanced level computer and data skills

Knowledge of social media - Facebook and Instagram mainly

Strong Organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines

Programs we use:
Google Drive, Mail, Sheets & Docs, Dropbox, Infusionsoft, Asana, Social Media (FB, Instagram, Youtube)

What we can offer;
$25/hour

20-30 hours per week. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm

Expected start date: 2023-04-03
