The Electrical Services Administrator supports our Electrical Service Department. To be successful in this role, you must be organized, proactive, customer focused, and a strong communicator. We are seeking someone that will operate efficiently, support the Electrical Service Manager, and help the overall growth of the division.

**Responsibilities**
- Collect outstanding Electrical Services Invoices from clients and input them into Quickbooks.
- Invoice Electrical Service customers and follow up on payments.
- Assist with local hydro utilities by setting up new Electrical Safety Authority permits, inspections, and hydro shutdowns.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient filing system for all Electrical services projects
- Use Qmerit to manage all required Hydro and ESA involvement and collect payment.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous Invoicing & Administrative experience (2-3 years).
- Experience with JOBBER or similar scheduling/project management software.
- Experience working with Utilities, Hydro, ESA, etc.
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Previous knowledge & experience with Electrical services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
