Rma Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
RMA Processing:
- Oversee the entire RMA process from initiation to resolution, including logging, tracking, and closing RMAs.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Work with team members to ensuring products move quickly and correctly through the RMA process.
- Inspect and document returned products accurately.
Project Coordination:
- Manage RMA-related projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and provide regular reports to management.
Process Adherence:
- Follow and enforce established RMA procedures and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Develop and refine processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the RMA workflow.
- Train team members on RMA processes and best practices.
Basic Electronics Testing:
- Perform basic testing on returned electronic products to identify faults and determine appropriate actions.
- Document test results and communicate findings to relevant teams for further analysis or repair.
Warehouse Operations:
- Supervise the receiving and shipping of returned products, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
Cross-Division Coordination:
- Liaise with other divisions as needed to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teams to address and resolve RMA-related issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an RMA Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with basic electronics testing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of warehouse receiving and shipping processes.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking systems.
- Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality control and assurance practices.
