**Job Description**:
The Operational Support, Microsoft Applications, resolves Tier 2/3 service requests within M365 and assigns remaining Tier 3 service requests to appropriate M365 Admins or Architect, following up with them as required to ensure client service standards are met.

The incumbent provides daily service request status reports and is responsible for the analysis and trend identification of recurring issues. The incumbent participates in the creation, maintenance, and support of Knowledge Base articles and support documentation for M365, and provides ongoing assistance, training, and guidance to College employees, in particular Information Technology Services Client Care, Employee Learning Exchange, AC Online and the Student's Association.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) year diploma or degree in Computer Science Technician or related field;- Microsoft Azure experience;- Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a technical client service representative; including two (2) years of concurrent experience as a senior agent or Lead technician supporting IT services and technology;- Minimum three (3) years' experience in M365 preferred.
