**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process and issue policy documents under supervision
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brokers, management, clients and community
- Ensure industry legal compliance
- Maintain and update client database
- New business Triage
- Document Issuance including new/renewal policies, endorsements, Certificates of Insurance etc.
- Completion of monthly bordereaux for various contracts

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Post secondary education preferred
- Bilingual in French and English languages required
- Experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Broker Level 2 an asset
- CAIB 2 an asset
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively alone and with others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be a highly motivated.
- Must possess a keen attention to detail.
