**About the Job**

I
**/T Support Specialist**:

- Based in our Bowmanville Head office.
- $25-$29/hr to start and great benefits plus lots of extras.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (40 hrs); except emergencies and some scheduled after hours required throughout the year for upgrades etc..

**Main day to day responsibilities**:

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
- Supports and Maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
- Assist with training staff in the use of standard business and administrative software

**You are the ideal person if you are**:

- English (Bilingual French would be an asset but not necessary).
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience deploying computers and solving PC, network, OS and other technical issues and providing client support in a structured help desk environment (or an equivalent of experience and education)
- Very high degree of proficiency with current versions of Microsoft O365, Share Point, Windows Clients, OS deployment and end user device support.
- Can create and maintain various user lists, technical documentation and instruction manuals for various products to support end user training.
- Can diagnose hardware issue son mobile devices, desktops, laptops, monitors, cell phones, printers and other computer accessories.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Can work independently to solve issues and work directly with end users
- Strong work ethics with a proven reliability factor
- You are passionate and very interested in IT/technology
- Organized to meet deadlines & work well under pressure.

**Additional Comments**:

- Legally able to work in Canada
- This is an in-office position so must have reliable transportation (we are not on a bus route)
- Valid Drivers License required
