** This position is covering a maternity leave with the potential to extend to full-time permanent.**

**ABOUT GIZEH**:
GIZEH Packaging is an International plastic packaging company, with offices located in Germany, Poland, France and Canada. We focus on the food sector, making plastic packaging for companies around the world. Innovation and technical expertise contribute to our tailor-made packaging solutions. Our packaging technologies include, but are not limited to, injection molding, thermoforming, in-mold labeling and off-mold labeling. GIZEH’s Canada location continues to grow and as such, we are looking to grow our team with enthusiastic and professional individuals who are looking for a fast paced and rewarding position.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with hosting guests (hospitality) and creating relationships with visitors
- Communicate and assist with the coordination of the Plant Manager’s Direct reports but the position will not have any direct reports itself (might communicate directly on behalf of the Plant Manager)
- Work as a liaison between all departments throughout the factory
- Special projects and tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager

**REQUIRMENTS**:

- Experience working with high profile customers
- Flexible work schedule
- Experience in plastic manufacturing environment
- Engineering Degree with relevant work experience a plus
- Ability to work under pressure
- Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Key Strengths: work under pressure, organizational skills, multitask, time management, problem solving, attention to detail, able to adapt to change and anticipate next steps

**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree
