**Your role as a Product Manager - Human Performance at Movella**:
As Product Manager Human Performance, you will be responsible for guiding development team in product roadmap execution. You will be working closely with our R&D and Marketing teams to drive growth and customer adoption.
You will be part of Product Management and report to the Business Director Health & Sports. You will be based in Halifax, Canada.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Guide product development teams in product roadmap execution.
- Working with stakeholders in gathering requirements, feeding & driving development teams for execution on quality and time.
- Managing and identifying potential improvements to existing products.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance proper product documentation especially Ideal Customer Profile, White paper and Competitor analysis report.
- Support the product marketing manager in launch and marketing activities.
- Provide internal training to sales and support team on how to use the product.
- Review technical content of website/customer cases/tutorials generated by the Product Marketing and Support team.
This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting marketing leader with technical acumen who is focused on results and can interface and communicate effectively at all levels. We are looking for a professional with:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent.
- 10+ years’ experience in various marketing roles with 5+ years leading a marketing team.
- Proven experience in creating and executing strategic marketing plans.
- Experience and demonstrated success with SaaS and guerilla marketing tactics. Experience with consumer marketing is a plus.
- Hands on team player with great collaboration and communication skills.
- Work experience and proven success in the US market is considered an advantage.
- Experience with digital multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes rapidly.
- Fluency in English is a must.
