What you'll do

**Responsibilities**:
As Product Manager, you will lead a product development team of a group of cross-functional Product, Design and Engineering to understand and solve our market's most urgent problems.

Set the product vision and strategy for a key Dash Hudson product pillar.
Take an idea from problem definition to launch.
Work in close collaboration with empowered team members in design and development to conduct user research to identify priority problem areas.
Communicate user stories, product requirements, and the business importance of a feature with all stakeholders involved in the product process.
Collaborate closely with Design on problem definition, user testing and solution design.
Clearly communicate market problems and proposed value propositions in collaboration with Product Marketing.
Process, review, and understand customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights.
Gather and organize feedback from end users to help guide product roadmap decisions.
Execute quality assurance testing pre-launch to ensure product design and functionality requirements are met.
Define and monitor success metrics pre and post-product launch.

Able to work independently conducting proper qualitative and quantitative research to distill meaningful outcomes from many information sources.
Successfully manage and execute multiple projects at one time.
Strong critical thinker with the ability to iterate and remove ideas and features that prove to be insufficient.
Experienced confident decision-making skills, even with little information. Exemplified expertise in customer, domain, and market.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
