**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drive sales and exceed sales targets.

2. Acquire new customers by leveraging past relationship while developing new connections.

3. Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times listening for needs/wants, demonstrate product features and benefits and recommend products that fit the customer’s needs while balancing the businesses objectives.

4. Strong follow up skills and after sales service.

5. Build customer relationships by telling the “B Hemmings & Co” Value Proposition and properly handle customer objections.

6. Support all efforts towards store sales goals, respecting all directives and professional selling standards.

7. Abide by store operations, policies, procedures, guidelines and rules.

8. Actively engage in customer relationship management (CRM) principles of acquiring new customers, following up with customers and building strong customer bonds.

9. Build knowledge of trends and key drivers in the travel, business accessories, leather goods and accessories market.

10. Develop strong product knowledge of all the Company’s products, warranties, manufacturing specifications and story telling of the brands we carry.

11. Knowledge of Company IT systems including Point-of-Sale and Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer and process credit card transactions and cash sales.

12. Strong social media skills are a bonus.

13. Place Special Orders/Custom Orders/Bespoke Orders and being aware of the rules and guidelines.

14. Process repair and warranty of merchandise and charge appropriate fees when applicable.

15. Assist in merchandising and showroom cleaning and overall tidiness.

16. Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.

17. Assist in in-bound and out-bound shipments and re-stocking of floor merchandise.

18. Review reports, summaries and analysis to maximize corporate objectives.

19. Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development to stay abreast of the market in which the Company operates.

20. Attend all staff meetings.

- Responsible for accurately maintaining an organized client book.

- Second language is an added bonus (ie. Mandarin, etc.)

**Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven luxury retail experience.
- Positive, professional and polished
- Strong communication skills and able to articulate “quiet luxury”
- Energetic attitude and a strong work ethic with a focus on results.
- Proven ability to sell big ticket goods.
- Punctual and dependable for all shifts.
- Passion for customer service, selling and product knowledge
- Strong computer/technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet and social media platforms
- Point-Of-Sales knowledge (preferably in RetailPro)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,941.00-$52,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work setting:

- Specialty store
