Calgary, Canada Hutchings Safety Services Ltd. Full time

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Complete data entry for registries (ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.)
- Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly safety related reports and records
- Organize and prepare COR audit documents
- Assist in incident investigations by gathering information (witness statements, pictures, site-specific hazard assessments etc.), providing input for corrective actions, and follow-up on the close-out of action items
- Perform industrial health services including audiometric, drug and alcohol, and respirator fit testing
- Assist with the completion formal hazard assessments, safe job procedures, and safe work practices
- Maintain client training matrix and book workers in for training certification when required
- Assess and maintain DOT files for compliance, including but not limited to: driver’s files, driver’s abstracts, and vehicle files (maintenance reports, pre/post trips, CVIPs, motor vehicle reports)
- Travel to client sites in the Calgary area when required to complete assessments for safety related documents
- General office duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and preparing safety memos/bulletins
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Certifications**
- Safety administration certification or designation is considered an asset; administrative experience will be taken into consideration
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within deadlines
- Strong computer software proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs and web based data systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills - ability to maintain and develop client relationships
- Must follow strict confidentiality requirements and promote respectful workplace actions
- Strong desire for continuous learning and improvement
