We can also assist in conducting safety assessments, site inspections, worker orientations, internal and external audits, and guide you toward achieving COR/SECOR.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role located in Calgary, AB. As a Health & Safety Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures, and programs. You will conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, assess risks, and provide recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining safety records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.QualificationsStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practicesExperience in developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certification in health and safety (e.g. NHSA, NCSO) is an assetPrior experience in a similar role is required, minimum 2-3 years
