We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Planning Manager. Reporting to the Director, Facility Management, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing our multi-trade projects. This role will be in collaboration with our Field Supervisor, Service Ticket Manager, and external Construction Management Project Manager. This role is an instrumental part of the team which is responsible for further enhancing our competency in rehabilitation and repositioning.

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Under the leadership of the Director, Facility Management, you will be accountable for the planning and coordination of multi-trade projects including unit turnovers, rehabilitations, and repositioning.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Facilities team and external Project Managers on defining goals, tasks, and milestones.
- Establish detailed and clear plans for completion of projects.
- Coordinate trades to ensure on-plan and on-time delivery of tasks.
- Oversee project procurement ensuring on-plan and on-time delivery.
- Issue purchase orders for trades and products related to projects under your assignment.
- Ensure change requests are well documented and impacted plans and budgets are reviewed, approved, and updated.
- Inspect projects in progress and at completion to ensure they are delivering on-plan, on-time, and to our expected standards.
- Perform other ad hoc duties.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 3 years of project planning, specifically in property construction, preferably in multi-family residential.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be goal oriented, responsible, adaptable, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Essential skills in Microsoft Project, Office, and TEAMS.
