**About The Role**

**How You’ll Make An Impact**
- Work with the Product Owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Facilitate groups of 5-10 and coach multiple teams across the products
- Conduct all Scrum Ceremonies
- Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions
- Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership and help clear impediments for the team
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in the teams you coach
- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog
- Bring ideas from professional facilitation, coaching, conflict management, mediation and so on to help the team become a high-performance team
- Provide periodic team performance reporting across scope, time, and cost toward product outcomes

**What We’re Looking For**
- Scrum Master certified
- Sound understanding of Agile scaling frameworks, and various other Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban and proficiency in leveraging the right technique at the right time
- Demonstrated success in coaching multiple teams across products
- Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and more to serve the team(s)
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in the Hospitality and/or Spa industry is a plus
