**Position Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist clients with their insurance needs, ensuring a positive experience through attentive service. We’re looking for strong communicators dedicated to building client relationships and upholding BIG’s high standards in client care. RIBO licensing and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience are required.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information and track interactions.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- RIBO Licenced
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and growth.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Ability to achieve individual performance targets consistently.
- Experience using CRM systems for managing customer information.
