**Course Description/Relevant Employment Duties**:
**Required Qualifications**

Minimum master’s degree. Subject matter knowledge and expertise related to project management, community development, critical-community engaged scholarship, and team coaching and supervision. Knowledge and expertise of various tools and approaches to project management and complex change management processes involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of and experience in creating and supporting community-engaged education partnerships that involve interdisciplinary student teams and multiple project partners from a range of organizations. Experience engaging communities, forming partnerships and navigating complex systems. Deep understanding of equity and inclusion as they relate to community work. Experience teaching is required preferably from an Inquiry model. Experience mentoring student projects that demonstrate innovation and creativity.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Co-teaching experience an asset. Knowledge of Greater Hamilton communities an asset. Subject matter expertise in Climate Change and Climate Justice an asset.
- _Supplemented Fees
- 15.02(a) The employee may be eligible to receive supplemented fees in accordance with Schedule C of the Collective Agreement. The actual rate of pay when in excess of the base rate of pay is deemed to include any supplemented fees owing, to the extent of the excess amount. If the actual rate of pay is less than the sum of the base rate of pay and the supplemented fees owing, then the employee shall receive the difference. _
