**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage outside sales activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee account management processes, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis for senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a focus on technical sales preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
