Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Bookkeeping
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct accounting related analysis and reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks for financial operations
- Support the Controller in day-to-day accounting tasks
- Do Payroll related activities
- Assist in with HR whenever needed
- Communicate with Vendor and Customer's accounting teams.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in accounting and financial management
- Proficiency in using accounting software like Sage and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, analysis, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- CPA or relevant certification (a plus)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
