**Position Purpose**

The Water Technologies and Solutions, Engineered Solutions (ES) Services business has an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our valued customers in managing their aftermarket upgrades and parts orders for our ion exchange products. Your primary focus will be to work closely with various teams, including sales, sourcing, engineering, customer service, manufacturing, and finance, as well as external vendors, to efficiently handle customer proposals, and generate quotes. Utilizing customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and enterprise system (SAP) to efficiently document interactions, monitor orders, and streamline processes to ensure seamless order processing.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare quotes and proposals based on our suppliers availability, pricing, and delivery
- Work with customer service and other groups to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain and update all customer information in Salesforce and SAP ensuring all records are documented, accurate, and correct (setting up customer accounts, parts information, quotes) to ensure customer satisfaction and service to our customers
- Contributes to sales administration and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests helping others accomplish job results

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills

**Education & Experience**

**Required**:

- At least 2 years work experience in sales, customer service, inside sales work experience

**Preferred**:

- Experience with SAP
- Experience creating proposals or installing custom ion exchange or other equipment
