Our client, located in Toronto, is seeking competent, and dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives willing to work on rotating schedules within a 24/ call center.

**Description**

Our client operates a call center that specializes primarily in managing building maintenance services to provide tailored solutions across various fields. With pride, the company emphasizes reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a call center or a similar customer service role;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and French;
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, on a five-day-per-week basis, with some flexibility to accommodate additional hours or days as required;
- Successfully obtain a Reliability Status Clearance;
- Provide 2 professional references.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in both inbound and outbound transactions, utilizing electronic and telephonic communication methods;
- Provide assistance to government departments nationwide in addressing a diverse range of facilities-related matters.

**Description**

Notre client possède un centre d’appel qui se spécialise principalement dans la gestion des services liés à l'entretien des bâtiments afin de fournir des solutions adaptées dans divers domaines. Avec fierté, la société met l'accent sur la fiabilité, l’efficacité, la satisfaction des clients. Notre client offre un environnement de travail dynamique et inclusif, encourageant le développement professionnel, la diversité et l'esprit d'équipe.

**Exigences**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ;
- Avoir au moins 6 mois d'expérience préalable dans un centre d'appels ou un rôle similaire de service client ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français ;
- Disponibilité pour travailler à des horaires variés, y compris les week-ends, sur une base de cinq jours par semaine, avec une certaine flexibilité pour accommoder des heures ou jours supplémentaires si nécessaire ;
- Obtenir avec succès la cote de fiabilité ;
- Fournir 2 références professionnelles.

**Responsabilités**
- Effectuer des transactions entrantes et sortantes en utilisant des méthodes de communication électronique et téléphonique ;
- Fournir de l'assistance aux départements gouvernementaux à l'échelle nationale pour traiter diverses questions liées aux installations.
