Lead Window & Door Installer

**Responsibilities**:
Morning meeting with operations

Confirm that all items & material are counted, measured, free from defect and have correct operation/build

Call client & inform them of status / ETA

Greet client & ask for guided walk through of work areas.

Confirm product operation, options & colour with client

Photograph all existing items to be changed in work areas

Protect customers property & execute safe work procedures

Service & install windows / doors

Let client demo the keys in handle/deadbolt

Clean up ALL work sites

Walk through with client. Demonstrate operation of ALL windows, screens, doors & hardware

Explain maintenance & cleaning procedures

Explain warranty & what to do if there is a problem

Have client sign completion paperwork

Perform other tasks and/or projects as assigned

All employees will be required to abide by the Code of Conduct

**Qualifications**

Understand all aspects of window & door renovation in residential setting

Limited knowledge of commercial retail product installation

Building enveloping with water management

Very experienced with caulking

Fully stocked tool belt, basic power / hand tools

Minimum 3 years experience in trade, with proven track record of high performance

Valid driver's license

Fall Arrest Training
Man Lift Certificate
First Aid Certificate

**Compensation**

$22.00 - $44.00/hr

All employees are encouraged & given the opportunity to pursue pay raises through showcasing a high level of performance, time spent and certifications.

**Work Schedule**:
40 Hour Work Week

Monday - Friday, opportunity to work on weekends

Overtime

Out of town work & overnight as needed. Per diem provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$44.00 per hour
