**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Director, Product Innovation - Biopharma and Payer Solutions, this role will be responsible for delivering on the overall strategy, requirements prioritization, and roadmap for large scale digital transformation as well as new and emerging strategic products.
The scope of this role includes:
- Key strategic client focused business transformation related to patient CRM capabilities.
- Emerging commercial products aligned with McKesson’s payer strategy.
- Emerging products align with McKesson’s hospital strategy.
This role will be accountable for engaging with external clients and stakeholders as well as internal business at different levels including business users and executive leadership to define and monitor the scope, requirements and roadmap for delivery. This role will also work closely with McKesson Technology counterparts throughout the delivery of the project.

- Results oriented with a strong focus on patients, manufacturers, providers and strategic partners experience.
- Aware of business and technology trends in the marketplace and amongst competitor offerings and other McKesson business units.
- Current on compliance and legislative requirements within the environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Becoming a domain expert and advocate for the patient, manufacturer, payer, provider and employee experience within the scope of the business transformation initiative as well as defining a new product offerings within the payer and hospital areas of the business.
- Working directly with key manufacturer clients and external stakeholders - define desired objectives, product value proposition, business objectives and business case.
- Accountable for product investment decisions to maximize ROI while minimizing product costs.
- Providing input towards assessing strengths and weaknesses of our products/services and market alternatives to determine which capabilities would be the most impactful from a customer's perspective.
- Recommending and presenting action plans to improve the competitive posture of our products/services through differentiation.
- Provide input and strategic direction to product design/UX design/process.
- Balance both business requests/needs and business value in prioritization and resolve internal competitive requirements within the organization.
- Through collaboration across the business verticals, ensure the effective creation and launch of new products and services to support insights driven business transformation.
- Define enjoyable, tangible and compelling product experience for patients, manufacturers, providers and strategic partners.
- Support the product backlog, review user stories and generally support the product with progressing the intended path forward with the product management/development teams so they remain unblocked.
- Provide input towards developing dashboard on key metrics that ladder up to overall quarterly and yearly goals.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis when making key product decisions.
- Ensure privacy and compliance regulations and internal privacy policies are adhered to.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement for adapted operational processes.
- Be the “voice of the customer” throughout the product lifecycle.
- Be a champion for product teams and strong product practices.
- Support a collaborative, diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment - actively fostering the “One McKesson” culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of direct experience in product management, business analysis and/or technology related roles required.
- Product management related certification preferred, but not essential.
- Extensive experience in successfully working with external clients, vendors, partners, stakeholders etc.
