The Technical Business Analyst will demonstrate the following experience/competence:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on supply chain processes, preferably within a 4PL environment.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear and concise business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Will have a combination of business acumen, technical proficiency, analytical thinking, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Azure environment, EDI, and API integration.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze supply chain requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and documentation of current supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and technical requirements.
- Utilize SQL skills to query and analyze data, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of technical solutions that address business needs.
- Leverage knowledge management techniques to capture, organize, and share information effectively across the organization.
- Draft and communicate clear and detailed technical requirements to development teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet specified technical requirements.
- To provide training, support, and maintenance for the solutions and resolve any issues or defects that may arise.
- Administer and customize SharePoint solutions to facilitate effective collaboration and information sharing.
