**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional and personalized service to our discerning guests, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
- Offer expert wine recommendations to complement our sophisticated menu.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages with precision and elegance.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure the dining area is impeccably clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and grace.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a server in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, and a passion for the art of wine service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un service exceptionnel et personnalisé à nos invités exigeants, assurant une expérience culinaire inoubliable.
- Offrir des recommandations de vins experts pour compléter notre menu sophistiqué.
- Prendre les commandes et servir la nourriture et les boissons avec précision et élégance.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie du menu, y compris les spécialités du jour et les offres saisonnières.
- Veiller à ce que la salle à manger soit impeccablement propre, organisée et magnifiquement présentée en tout temps.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le personnel de la cuisine et du bar pour assurer un service fluide et rapide.
- Traiter les demandes, les retours et les plaintes des clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que serveur dans un restaurant haut de gamme ou gastronomique.
- Connaissance approfondie des vins, et passion pour l'art du service du vin.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement rapide et sous pression.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails.
- Bilingue (anglais et français) préféré.
- Apparence et comportement professionnels.
