**Job Description**:
We are actively seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Servers at our establishment. As a Server at Aux Vivres, you'll hold a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Warmly greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders and offering menu recommendations
- Prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Engaging with guests to craft a memorable dining experience
- Collaborating seamlessly with kitchen and fellow staff to maintain efficient operations and uphold exceptional service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge or keen interest in vegan cuisine and a willingness to familiarize oneself with our menu offerings.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Description du poste:
Nous recherchons activement des personnes passionnées pour se joindre à notre équipe en tant que serveurs à notre établissement. En tant que serveur chez Aux Vivres, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la prestation d'un service exceptionnel à nos invités.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients.
- Prendre les commandes et faire des recommandations.
- Livraison rapide et précise des plats et des boissons.
- Converser avec les clients pour créer une expérience gastronomique mémorable.
- Collaborer de manière harmonieuse avec la cuisine et les autres membres du personnel.
- Assurer le respect des normes de service exceptionnelles.

Exigences:

- Expérience préalable dans le domaine de la restauration ou de l'hôtellerie.
- Compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnelles avec une approche centrée sur le client.
- Connaissance ou intérêt marqué pour la cuisine végétalienne et volonté de se familiariser avec notre menu.
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à s'épanouir dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en anglais et en français.
- Flexibilité dans les horaires de travail, y compris les soirs et les week-ends.
