WAGE RANGE: $23.067 to $24.738
POSITION OBJECTIVE
Provide support for the Strategic Sourcing Department. Duties include but not limited to data entry of orders, expediting, and reconciliation of invoices, filing, and reception duties as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years current experience within Healthcare Procurement.
- Experience in Efficient C warehouse software.
- Excellent keyboarding skills, 65 w/p minute.
- Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Web base on line ordering and searches.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Competent knowledge of medical and surgical supplies is preferred.
- Experience in Meditech Materials Management Module preferred. o Experience with Basware Software is preferred. o Excellent organization and prioritization skills along with demonstrated customer service.
- Judgment and decision-making abilities with attention to prioritization, detail and accuracy are essential.
- Excellent command of the English language and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a constantly changing environment.
- Flexible, self-directed and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Consistent and regular attendance required.
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code.
