**The Position**:
Neelands is searching for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This position will report into the Controller and manage a team of Invoicers and AR Clerks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivable - invoicing, payments, collections
- Produce consistent, accurate work with mínimal errors
- Conducting credit checks on new and potential customers
- Monitoring the invoicing and collection processes
- Review AR aging statements and incite action on balances due past terms
- Generate weekly forecasts on the status collections
- Prepare monthly reports on receivables
- Keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Assign, oversee and review work
- Mentoring of staff members in the department

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- At least 3 years of experience as accounts receivable supervisor experience.
- The ability to work accurately and independently
- Experience with an ERP is a must
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent analytical skills
