**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**_
- Provide prompt and courteous service to our field foremen, and assist with loading parts in there trucks to get them on the road in the mornings as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Fill orders from your supervisor, and other operations team members in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s products, capabilities, and services.
- **Inventory Maintenance/Control**_
- Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system in our warehouse to support field foremen and crews in their day-to-day operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures as required by company procedure.
- **General Duties**_
- Adhere to all Company and provincial safety standards.
- Unload incoming courier shipments.
- Unloading incoming trucks with customer product we are temporarily storing in our warehouse. Sorting, tagging, and storing all orders in an efficient manner.
- Reload all customer orders onto trailers when it comes time to ship the orders to site.
- Track and report on backorders.
- Receive parts into inventory.
- Process shipping and receiving documents.
- Help keep the warehouse areas clean and well-organized.
- Operate forklift on a regular basis.
- Sort crates of miscellaneous parts and garbage brought back by our site crews from job site cleanups.
- Complete all other duties as directed by your supervisor, and other operations team members.
- Support yard functions as required.

**Qualifications**
- Interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to operate, or learn to operate a forklift in a safe and professional manner.
- Ability to safely and repeatedly lift 5 lbs to 75 lbs.
- A solid work ethic will be required to succeed in the role.

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elmira, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- forklift: 1 year (preferred)
