**Job description**:
The Social Media Coordinator & Community Manager will be responsible for organizing, researching and posting social media content.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage the brand’s social media presence on existing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram) by writing engaging and original content, and responding to questions and comments while respecting the brand voice and social media strategy.
- Develop and execute the Social media plan for the brand, to build a distinctive and unique social connection with our customers.
- Plan the editorial/content calendar for all platforms on a weekly/monthly basis with various themes and activities to ensure messages, campaigns and promotions are executed in a timely manner.
- Develop social media tactics, best practices on how to use social platforms most effectively for their needs.
- Research and develop engaging & exciting content across all channels.
- Analyze and provide effective benchmark measures (KPIs) for the impact of social media programs, and provide feedback, reports and insights to relevant departments (marketing, e-commerce, customer service);
- Create accounts on other relevant social media channels, implement strategy and maintain on a daily basis.
- Manage and increase presence and fan engagement on relevant social media channels.
- Research, review and analyze competitive Social Media initiatives / trends, new platforms, new reporting tools as well as innovative ways of attracting and engaging customers and fans.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or D.E.C in Marketing
- 1-2 years experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual ( Mandarin is an asset)
- Analytical, data-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative work-ethic/team player
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator an asset
