The Director of Wow is a key player in our organization, responsible for cultivating love and appreciation with every interaction. This role focuses on generating new business and referrals from existing databases and social media platforms. The primary objective is to leave a positive and lasting impression, ensuring a squeaky-clean database, and fostering meaningful connections.

**EXPERIENCE**

Experience in Customer Relations or Sales: Previous experience in customer relations, sales, or a client-facing role is beneficial. This could include experience in industries such as real estate, finance, or customer service.

Marketing and Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing principles and a good understanding of social media platforms to effectively engage with clients and build an online presence is beneficial.

This role is crucial in shaping the perception of our organization and building lasting relationships. The Director of Wow plays a pivotal role in driving new and repeat business and fostering a culture of appreciation within and beyond our network.

**VIDEO RESUME REQUIREMENT**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
