Dispatcher and Booker

At ET Transport, it is our mission to provide customers with reliable transportation solutions custom-tailored to their unique needs. Our **Dispatchers** are a key component in ensuring customer satisfaction. ET Transport has two main terminals with warehousing facilities and an additional drop-yard.
**Qualifications**
- **Must** have at least 3 years of USA trucking experience
- **Must** have experience with the following: LoadLink, PC Miler, DAT, Dispatch Software,
- Be available after hours
- Team player in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate over the phone
- Be persuasive and energetic
- Help resolve all issue that arise including, and not limited to, issues with: drivers, customers and load booking
- Looking for loads, FTL, LTL
- Fully planning and dispatching trucks
- Coordinating and managing driver runs and schedules
- Maintaining accurate data entry and records
- Overseeing and reviewing Driver and Owner/Operator pay
- After-hours dispatch via telephone as needed
- Prepare reports as required by Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Trucking industry: 3 years (preferred)
