As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our designers, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service. **A typical day in the life of a RockWood Kitchens Sales support associate looks like**
Quoting: Determine and provide accurate and timely quotes to customers.
Walk-in/phone assistance: Providing support to customers when designers are occupied, ensuring their questions are answered, and their needs are addressed.
Performing detail-oriented administrative tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Showroom Coverage: Assisting in coverage for showrooms during designers’ absence, and ensuring showrooms are well-maintained, organized, and up to date with the latest stock.
Flexibly in Travelling: Ability to travel to all the west-end showrooms to provide assistance as required (Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville and Cambridge)

Design or home renovation experience is an asset - *Hands on with designing is not required for this position*
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
High school diploma (or equivalent), university/college education an asset
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change and competing priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
