Litman Law is looking for experienced B2B commercial debt collectors. If you have only ever worked for a collections agency, you should consider working for a law firm that specializes in corporate debt instead There are many advantges to working for a law firm when trying to collect, such as:

- It is easier to collect debt and get ahold of people, when calling from a law firm (this cannot be understated as we are fast growing and if you are selected to move ahead with an interview, you can speak first hand to our collectors about how much they prefer working for a law office when collecting)

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact businesses to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Analyze financial information to determine the best course of action for debt recovery
- Utilize accounting software to track and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Hybrid work environment
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters
- Conduct data entry to update debtor information and payment records

**Skills**:

- Possess a minimum of 2-year experience in B2B collections (not B2C)
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial services
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data and identifying delinquent accounts
- Excellent negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial payment arrangements
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities for maintaining detailed records
- Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
