**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products on a daily basis. This is a physically demanding position that requires early morning shifts, starting at 3:00 am, and the ability to lift over 50 pounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Operate baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products.
- Shape dough to produce a variety of bread products, including loaves, and rolls.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Communicate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient production of bread products.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bread Baker.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 3:00 am.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of bread baking techniques and ingredients
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:
